JOB DESCRIPTION
- The role holder will be responsible for product assessment and assisting in new product development
- Technical reporting of consumer data to the R&D and Formulations team for new product development with evidence of product efficacy
- Working on improving the quality of existing product portfolio
- Responsible for new product assessment, product placement, data collection & analysis
- Establish trained panelists to evaluate various product benefit properties so that relevant claims can be made on the products which are being tested
- Assist the Home Care team to place products with larger set of naïve consumers, interact with the market research team & establish a smooth process flow
- Delivering products within approved budget and getting it patented
- New Product Development
- Technical and Quality Inspection
- 100% claims verified on products
Preferred Profile
- M.Sc./B.Tech
- Should have more than 5years of experience in Formulation Development, Scale ups, Technology Transfers, Trouble Shootings and development of various skin care products
- Comprehensive problem solving abilities and willingness to learn.
- Goal oriented, highly focused & self-motivated
- Hard working ability in any condition, any situation.
