JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Responsible to develop company budget and oversee its implementation. Also, review budget proposal and prepare financial documents and reports
  • Design effective budget models for entire company
  • Analyze financial information (Revenue, Expenditure) to ensure all operations are within budget
  • Present annual budget to top management or ManCom team
  • Review budget request for approval, forecast future budget needs
  • Identify variances between forecast and actual budgeted financial result at end of each financial year and suggesting how to increase profits
  • Overseeing product costing, variance analysis and conducting routine review and analysis
  • Prepare cost rules for the product based on different stages of manufacturing process and tracking cost variances.
  • Derive the cost of monthly trade schemes, analyze the profitability of primary & secondary schemes and computation of all other schemes for General & Modern Trade as required
  • Making financial strategies and ensure accurate processing
  • Preparation of management account and assessing their impact on business
  • Optimum utilization of budget
  • Profitability after costing design
  • Managing internal stakeholders, i.e. Entire McNROE Team & external stakeholders, i.e. Auditors, Government Agency
Preferred Profile
  • MBA/PGDM in Finance from Tier I/Tier II institute
  • Should have minimum 10 years experience in FMCG industry
