JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible to develop company budget and oversee its implementation. Also, review budget proposal and prepare financial documents and reports
- Design effective budget models for entire company
- Analyze financial information (Revenue, Expenditure) to ensure all operations are within budget
- Present annual budget to top management or ManCom team
- Review budget request for approval, forecast future budget needs
- Identify variances between forecast and actual budgeted financial result at end of each financial year and suggesting how to increase profits
- Overseeing product costing, variance analysis and conducting routine review and analysis
- Prepare cost rules for the product based on different stages of manufacturing process and tracking cost variances.
- Derive the cost of monthly trade schemes, analyze the profitability of primary & secondary schemes and computation of all other schemes for General & Modern Trade as required
- Making financial strategies and ensure accurate processing
- Preparation of management account and assessing their impact on business
- Optimum utilization of budget
- Profitability after costing design
- Managing internal stakeholders, i.e. Entire McNROE Team & external stakeholders, i.e. Auditors, Government Agency
Preferred Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Finance from Tier I/Tier II institute
- Should have minimum 10 years experience in FMCG industry
