Job Description
  • This role is accountable for analyzing and designing innovative trade schemes, merchandise for channel partners in general trade. Accountable for all GTM strategy for new product launch, post – launch market feedback collection and up-to-date market/competitors knowledge.
  • Capturing & Analyzing Market Intelligence reports & leverage the insights to design innovative & unique schemes & activations for the company
  • Design & timely Roll-out of monthly GT schemes in line with the allotted budget & business guidelines
  • Seamless scheme disbursement while adhering to the prescribed escalation metrics
  • Monthly & Quarterly forecasting of stock & POSM for GT in liaison with Sales & Supply Chain
  • Capturing & sharing all monthly reports & business highlights across functions within timelines
  • Conceptualizing & Designing merchandises for various Trade Marketing activations
  • End-to-end ownership of large scale Trade Marketing driven activations
  • Seamless vendor management
  • Customer Relationship team management for effective engagement and timely service to maximize trade and channel partner participation
  • Spearheading internal stakeholder Recognition programs- from Design to Execution to post execution feedback collection
  • Activations and Scheme Design(as per AOP), Roll-Out and scheme effectiveness evaluation
  • POS allocation & visibility standardization across all relevant channels
  • Activation and collateral management
  • Communicate & Facilitate achievement of volume targets monthly
  • Work closely to monitor & manage all Brand activations
Preferred Profile
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing from Premier Business School with relevant experience preferably in FMCG domain
  • Experience in handling Distributors, Super Stockiest, Retailers, MT, CFA
  • Experience in handling Internal & External stakeholders
