Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for new product development, working on improving the
quality of existing products - Responsible for establishing validation and stabilization protocols for
various product formats & other preparation in the McNROE portfolio - Establish process flow for implementation of new products & it’s
deployment - Supervise & guide a team of 3 members to carry out daily activities
- Generate IPR for the new products developed
Desired Qualification
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Cosmetics Technology or Surfactant Science
or Oils and Fats; Ph.D in Pharmacy is also preferred - Minimum 3-5 years Formulation experience in a Company of
repute - Patents or publications in International Journals is an added
advantage
